Durham, North Carolina

Scripture by Heart was introduced to Pilgrim UCC in Durham, NC in the fall of 2008 when Suzanne Tyler led a four-part workshop series on biblical storytelling. During Advent five tellers presented the story for worship by telling it. Since then three persons have periodically told the scriptures by heart in Sunday morning worship.
